Ralph Catto - Chairman
Ralph Catto ChairmanRalph’s background is in both commercial and social enterprise. He is a Trustee of the Transformational Business Network, a network of business people and corporate organisations that use an enterprise approach in developing countries to create and sustain jobs in small to medium size businesses to empower the poor and transform communities.

He founded and remains Chair of Housing Partners, a business providing software and services to the UK’s social housing sector, which annually improves housing conditions for tens of thousands of households. Prior to that Ralph was a director of a large UK stockbroker in the City of London operating in the Corporate Finance arena and he remains active in the private equity market.

Ralph is a keen amateur artist operating under the pseudonym Fergus Ottac (he has already produced two ‘masterpieces’ that are simply waiting to find an audience!) and loves scaring friends and colleagues to death with his consummate skills on the ski slopes of Europe. His mantra is to be ‘successful and significant’ but success must come first. Hence many of his early conversations start with the question ‘how does this strategy drive sales?’

Richard Blundell – Commercial Director
Richard Blundell Commercial DRichard is our Sales and Marketing expert having spent the last 20 years leading Sales teams across a variety of industries from Financial Services to Software-as-a-Service technologies. Today he focuses on helping Ethical Goods’ business partners produce ground breaking Go-to-Market propositions that help not only ‘Sell More’ but also aids the consumer to make that all important Positive Brand Choice.

Before joining Ethical Goods Richard was the Communications Director for the MessageLabs Group, the market leading Internet level anti-virus giant and worked closely with IBM in integrating their On Demand technology into the organisation. He’s also hugely inspired by saving the world one step at a time via the transference of business skills and can’t wait to meet others who are as excited as he is about Ethical Goods.

Graeme Hodge - Non-Executive Advisor

Graeme Hodge Communications & OperationsGraeme has spent the last 6 years deeply involved in International Development as the Assistant Director for The Salvation Army International Development where he reinvented their marketing, communications and engagement strategy and launched an eco-tourism initiative. This role included oversight of projects in the regions of Eastern Europe, some parts of Africa, and currently South Pacific and East Asia.

Graeme's background includes involvement in innovative approaches to education, brand launches and events management including working for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. He was also involved in supporting roles at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games.
